Our client is a prominent New Zealand expert property team to service and deliver both industrial and commercial property offerings.   
  
At present, we are looking for Class 5 Linehaul Drivers with a strong sense of independence, reliability, and responsibility, with a calm and focused demeanor to handle long-distance driving. 
  
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Conduct Pre-start Checks To Ensure Vehicle Readiness 
• Complete & Maintain Accurate Paperwork For Each Trip 
• Secure Freight Using Strops & Ensure Load Stability 
• Scan & Document Freight Using Digital Systems 
• Assess & Understand The Details Of Each Load, Preparing For Varied Cargo 
• Adapt To Different Load Types & Changing Schedules 
• Stay Flexible & Ready For Extended Periods Away From Home, Including Waiting For Backloads 
• Operate Class 5 Truck & Trailer For Linehaul Work Across Both The South & North Islands 

The successful candidate must have a full class 5 license with DG endorsement. In addition, you must pass a pre-employment drug testing and MOJ if required. Prior driving class 5 experience is an advantage. Open to all NZ Citizens, Residents & with valid open working visas.
