Qualifications:
· 5 + Years’ Experience in CNC Operations
· BAINENG equipment experience (not essential) and can operate various CNC glass machine
· Able to read plans and understand job orders within depth knowledge of product specifications, equipment and operational sequence.
· Experience in manual and machine cutting, shaping.
· Carrying out general machine maintenance.
· General knowledge in AutoCAD
Duties:
· Read blueprints/job orders for product specifications and operational sequences
· Set up BAINENG system and operate two machines from auto glass cutting, CNC workstations, glass toughening furnace, laminated glass machine, or IGU glass machine
· Prepare patterns to control machine operations for precise product detailing
· Cut, shape and form glass to fine tolerances based on drawings
· Support daily manufacturing tasks, including polishing and general factory work.
· Monitor machine operations for defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
· Perform routine machine maintenance.
· Handle glass lifting and moving, adhering to Health and Safety policies.
· Interpret custom blueprints into AutoCAD formats.
· Conduct tests to diagnose faults and errors.
· Assist with other glass-related projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
