Salary: $73,297 - $98,329
The Digital Public Service Branch works across the public service to connect, influence, and support the system to take advantage of new digital opportunities. It also supports the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) to drive the government's digital transformation and position government to succeed in a changing and evolving digital age.
We have a fixed term opportunity through to June 2025 for a Content and Customer Channels Advisor. In this role, you would be reporting to the Manager Content and Customer Channels, helping to support and deliver specific projects that could include developing and support teams in wider engagement with diverse stakeholders or refining key channels and their use by different teams.
No two days will be the same. As such. to be successful in this role, you will:
- Bring a real curiosity and energy to develop new opportunities, and the confidence to drive delivery.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Have skills or experience in a relevant area such as communication, marketing, public relations, event or channel management, or similar.
- Be able to collaborate and contribute effectively across different teams and build productive relationships.
- Have good attention to detail and be able to deliver work on-time and to a high standard.
