Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will support the Group Manager, Partnerships and Stewardship the teams within this Group. This Group is focused on building and maintaining relationships with partners to make a significant positive impact on the lives of disabled people, whānau and communities.
You will be responsible for providing effective and highly confidential executive support to the Group Manager including diary, email and document management, managing the flow of information, coordination of key projects and overseeing meeting and event organisation. This could include organising meetings, workshops, conferences, locating venues, organising catering and making travel/accommodation arrangements.
You will play a key role across the teams in the Group, connecting with the teams to share information and support workflow management. You will support the Group Manager's financial management within the Group, including procurement processes, record keeping and processing of purchase orders, invoices and agreements.
This role will give you the opportunity to get involved in some exciting and meaningful work at Whaikaha, working closely with administrative team members from across Whaikaha to create and embed consistent administrative practices across the organisation.
Ko wai koe | About You:
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for helping others. Your previous roles would have seen you provide a wide range of support to Managers, including supporting financial processes.
You will have demonstrated the ability to perform duties described in the role above with absolute confidentiality, initiative, and have good communication, judgement and problem-solving skills.
You will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
To undertake this role successfully, you will be a disabled person or be able to establish credibility and trust with the disability community, as well as having empathy and an understanding of the unique and diverse experiences of disabled people.

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
