About the role
Paul at Carejobz is recruiting for one of his well-respected clients, who own a beautiful Private Hospital featuring eight state-of-the-art digitally integrated theatres, including a hybrid cath lab.
 
We are looking for dedicated registered nurses to join the HDU/ICU team, who are not only looking to take their professional and educational development to the next level but also to join a team and organisation that promotes a culture of recognition and celebration of achievements in a diverse and inclusive working environment.

What you bring
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Training in ICU/HDU/CCU but with a focus on Cardiac Care Postgraduate Qualification in Critical Care or working towards/willing to obtain.
  • Has at least 12 months of working in a hospital-based High-dependency ward.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rights of individuals/groups in the healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in relevant education and training activities.
  • Continuous application of effective communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team and support achieving team goals and objectives.
  • Able to work with a flexible working roster. COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.
