We have a role available for a capable pharmacist to join our pharmacy oncology service based at either Tauranga or Whakatāne hospital. Our dynamic oncology team provides oncology, haematology and clinical trials service to outpatients across the region. Our team is growing as our population expands and more cancer treatments are being funded than ever before.
We can support your development in the oncology space if you come with a broader pharmacy background. The applicant must be a team player with excellent communication skills. All pharmacists at Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
This is a permanent, 0.4FTE vacancy. Flexibility of days and hours worked will be accommodated to ensure work-life balance.
He korero mōu - About You
The successful applicant will be patient focused, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You must be registered or be able to register with the Pharmacy Council of NZ. Participation in on-call and weekend roster may be required.
