Our client, a successful electrical company, is looking for an Accounts/Customer Service All rounder. Based on their front desk, you will deal with the following:
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Taking electrical jobs from clients and customer service
- Accounts payable, Receivable
- Payroll experience
- General office admin tasks
- Assisting and backup to Office Manager
- Front line reception
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Accounts and payroll experience
