Job Description

OneStaff New Plymouth is a leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to industrial-based clients in New Plymouth. 

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient PA Administrator for a temporary position based in South Taranaki. The role is set to begin ASAP and will run through until the end of March 2025. This position is with a key food manufacturing company located on Whareroa Road in Hawera.

Key Details:

  • Location: Hawera, South Taranaki
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM (with a Statutory Day off during the Christmas/New Year period)

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Availability for an immediate start
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Requirements to work for OneStaff:

  • Valid ID (Passport OR NZ Birth Certificate & Driver's License)
  • Successful completion of Pre-Employment Drug, Alcohol & Medical testing
  • Up-to-date CV
  • Two referees who can be contacted via phone or email
  • No criminal convictions or pending charges
