Job Description
Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a great understanding of Earthworks and Drainage to lead a variety of projects and a diverse team of engineers and field staff.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be given full responsibility for your contracts from ECI through to completion able to make key decisions that will impact its performance while expected to manage the stakeholder communications and upskill your team as you go!

YOU:
- Good communication, both written and verbal
- Previous experience planning and scheduling workloads and crews
- Bachelor or Master in Civil engineering preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience within the NZ market.
- Ability to lead and develop those around you.
