Are you an experienced Roller Operator looking for an exciting opportunity in the upcoming civil season? We are seeking a skilled and reliable operator to join our client's team.
As a Roller Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy rollers and compactors to ensure proper compaction of soil, asphalt, and other construction materials. Your expertise will be critical in achieving the desired density and smoothness of surfaces, preparing the groundwork for further construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a roller on various civil construction projects.
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines on-site.
Requirements:
- Expereince in the civil industry as a roller operator is highly prefered.
- Valid and current licences to operate a roller.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and night shifts as required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Projects are spread across the North Island region providing an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. You will be required to work night shifts at times as well as stay aways.
