Senior Business Analyst
Due to internal movement and a number of exciting projects that are taking place here at RBNZ, we are looking for a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to hit the ground running!

Te tūranga - The role and your impact
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will use your business analysis skills such as facilitation, requirements gathering, data analysis, technical documentation, solutions analysis, and an eye for detail to contribute to your squad's success. You'll be supporting and enhancing a set of applications that capture and provide data and information that is critical in decision making across Te Pūtea Matua.
You'll build strong relationships with your product owner and squad members, the wider Digital Solutions team, and our Business Stakeholders across Te Pūtea Matua to help deliver system improvements that support our business outcomes and have some fun along the way.
Ō pūkenga - About you
To be successful in this role you'll have the experience to:
- Lead, gather and document requirements and processes, including business, functional, non-functional and technical.
- Map and understand data flows between and within systems and ideally have experience in data analysis eg SQL queries and advanced Excel.
- Undertake options and scenario analysis to understand the impact of design decisions.
- Work collaboratively in a cross functional agile delivery squad and across the wider organisation.

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $127,826 to $138,479 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
