About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing impactful health and safety solutions for HSE Global clients. This role will require extensive national travel.
This position offers a distinctive blend of strategic direction and hands-on involvement. You’ll work closely with senior executives, board members, and frontline teams to design and implement safety solutions that foster meaningful organisational change.
We’re looking for a candidate who excels in different industries and high-risk settings, brings a commercial perspective, and is driven by a commitment to safety leadership and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSE management, strategy development, and technical expertise, along with a strong background in consultancy within professional services. You will be skilled in managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope and budget while aligning with HSE Global’s values and strategic goals. Your commercial awareness, client focus, and business acumen will drive new opportunities and help expand service offerings to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
With advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, you will engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from operational staff to senior management, ensuring safety practices are integrated across the organization. Additionally, you will be adept at facilitating learning for diverse groups, tailoring programs to client needs, and expanding professional networks to support business development and enhance overall performance.
A relevant tertiary level qualification in Health and Safety is required.
