About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and self-motivated AP superstar to take ownership of a sole-charge Accounts Payable function. You’ll be working closely with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and other internal and external stakeholders. With up to two work-from-home days, this role offers flexibility and variety, with the potential to grow into broader accounting duties.

What You’ll Bring
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
  1. Volume/Complex Transactional AP Experience – Proven experience managing high-volume and complex AP processes.
  2. ERP Expertise – Ideally, experience with large ERP systems (Dynamics preferred).
  3. End-to-End Payables Knowledge – Either a relevant accounting degree or hands-on experience in a complex AP environment.
  4. Industry Experience – Familiarity with AP in project, construction, or property environments is a big plus!
  5. Strong Excel skills – ideally you will be super comfortable with Vlook-ups and Pivot Tables
