Accounts Receivable Specialist – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Ellerslie.

Please note you must have local experience to apply for this position.

This role plays a key part in managing the invoicing process and handling queries from the apprentice area of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations
  • Following up on outstanding payments and resolving customer queries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Business Central)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs
