Our client offers professional services, managing clients’ accounts receivable ledgers – they work closely with businesses to help them optimise cash flow. Their focus is on easing the burden of chasing overdue payments, so their clients can focus on business growth.

About The Role:

Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable, build strong client relationships and ensure timely payments.  Stay on top with regular follow-ups to keep payments on track.  This is an on-site position.

  • Handle the accounts receivable collection process, ensuring payments are made promptly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers to ensure cash flow is maximised
  • Produce monthly reconciliations and accounts receivable reports
  • Contribute to a fun and inclusive workplace while staying focused on results  

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in accounts receivable – overdue account collections
  • Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g.: MYOB, Xero or similar
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate, with a solution-oriented mindset
