Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly experienced administrator, with proven service coordination experience. This position would suit a person with strong office organization and support knowledge, who enjoys autonomy while also being an integral part of the team. This is a fast paced role, always on the go, every day is different!
The primary role of the position is to provide administrative support, including invoicing and job management, alongside the servicing coordinators.

This position is based in East Tāmaki, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. 

Some tasks you will be supporting the team with are but not limited to: 

  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Responsible for reconciling timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Preparing documents - invoices etc
  • Maintain updated records
  • Reviewing documents and spreadsheets
  • General admin

This role will NOT be suitable for you if you :

  • Are on a Student Visa/Studying through the day
  • Have not yet had any admin experience
  • Do not have a can do attitude

You will need to be:

  • Reliable
  • Willing to learn
  • Punctual
  • Experienced in admin
  • Able to take initiative
  • Able to multi-task
  • A team player - this company has a very tight knit culture and banter to be had!
