Job Description
Due to retirement, this well-known and established retail business, have a need for an experienced Retail Administrator to join their supportive team.
Directly reporting to the Managing Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting retail operations, and ensuring efficient communication between their stores.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate pricing of items, communicating any changes throughout the stores
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required
- Support the retail team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Liaise with suppliers regarding any item changes or additions
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
