About the Role

We are looking to welcome a highly organised and motivated Administrator to support our Community Oral Health Service. Based at 208 Avenue Road East, Hastings, this role will provide essential administrative services, focusing on whānau coordination, managing enquiries, operating our patient management system, and supporting the leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your workload while seeking continuous improvement in processes.

About you

We are seeking a candidate who brings: 

  • Proven administrative experience with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computerised systems
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
