About the Role
We are looking for an administration superstar with
a high degree of organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and
the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment. This
includes coordinating emergency and alarm procedures throughout the hospital
alongside daily administration and computer related duties.
You would be working within a team that contributes
toward helping those in the community who require medical assistance. You will
need to be able to deal with an incredibly diverse range of people, staff,
patients and their families - all of them needing your assistance.
There is a variety of departments you could be working in, these can include medical records, wards, community, secretaries, front of hospital and general administration. Because we have multiple roles available, hours and days of work will vary depending on the area you are working in and for these particular vacancies it will generally be Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am - 5.00pm.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on excellent customer service and delivery

commitment to te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of PSA Admin Collective (Band 3) and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale, and dependent on relevant experience.
