Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)

  • The key purpose of the role is to effectively and efficiently produce a digital clinical record for the purposes of timely access and retrieval by staff.
  • The role forms part of the admin team.
  • The role produces accurate records, assists patients and staff with queries and general administrative duties as may be needed. 

The working hours are 20 per week - with 8 hours on Monday and Friday plus 4 hours on Saturday; starting between 7.30am to 4:00pm. 

The salary for this role is $70,970 per annum pro rata.

You will have a bright, outgoing personality and will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You will be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential. You - ll be highly empathetic, respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload. 

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
