About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail orientated, innovative individual who excels in typing/data entry and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join us in administration team. This super star would responsible for typing documents for our busy authors across Health NZ. Your main responsibility is to provide fast and accurate transcription while providing professional support to both external and internal customers.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Expert typing and data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Great communication and relationship skills
- An ability to work autonomously but still love being part of a team
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
