Job Description

Sending out templated emails, requesting medical information, handling sensitive information and maintain a high case load.

Our client is looking for a skilled and diligent Administrator to join their Complaints Team on a temporary basis. The role requires someone with strong administrative experience and a solid understanding of legal processes, particularly in handling confidential information and managing complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolution Letters: Draft and send templated emails to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Medical Information Requests: Efficiently request and manage medical information via email in accordance with legal protocols.
  • Confidential Documentation: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering to strict legal and data protection guidelines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide strong administrative assistance to the Complaints Team, ensuring the smooth operation of case management processes.
  • Communication: Maintain professional and clear written communication with clients and third parties, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong command of legal terminology.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Legal Administration Experience: Previous experience in a legal administrative role, ideally within complaints or case management.
  • Strong Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft formal letters and emails using precise, legal language.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling legal documents and correspondence.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements within the legal industry.
Additional Information:
  • This is a temporary position with a start date of 13th January 2024, running for approximately 6 weeks.
  • Working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • The role is based within the Auckland CBD and is ideal for individuals with a strong legal admin background who are available for an immediate start.
