Job Description
Our client is a friendly and welcoming Presbyterian Church on the North Shore, with traditional roots and big hearts. They are on the search for an energetic front facing Office Administrator to be the face of the church welcoming visitors and taking care of all administrator duties for the church.
This sole charge administration role is part time, 4 days a week Tuesday to Friday 8.30am - 1pm with some flexibility.
The Role:
- First point of contact to visitors
- Customer Service
- Answering emails and calls
- Booking and coordination of rental space
- Invoicing using Xero
- Reconciliation
- General ledger
- Credit chasing
- Data entry
- Social media posting
- General admin duties
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Can multitask and work under pressure
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid trained or willing to take the course
- Police checks cleared
- Warm professional and friendly people person who can relate to all
- High level of integrity and ability
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
