About the Role:

As the Withdrawals Processing Administrator you will provide timely administration support through the processing of withdrawals within the KiwiSaver and retirement space. This role is Monday-Friday, approximately 8am-5pm and requires a commitment for at least 3-months. 

In This Role You Will:

  • Process retirement and first-home withdrawals, including uploading application forms and reviewing them for accuracy.
  • Follow up with members and solicitors to obtain further details when needed, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Ensure completed applications are sent to the registry after thorough review and attention to detail.
  • Manage approximately 15 to 20 applications at once, prioritising tasks and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members and solicitors, providing support and following up on outstanding details.

About You:
  • A background in finance or administration with particular attention to detail when handling bank account information and withdrawal processes.
  • Confident communicator and a team player equipped with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial.
