Administrator – 18-Month Fixed Term
  • 18-month fixed term contract – start ASAP  
  • Supportive, close-knit team environment
  • CBD, Wellington
  • Office-based, Monday – Friday
  • Salary up to $66,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Managing client onboarding and offboarding
  • Uploading new accounts and processing payments
  • Responding to client queries via phone and email  
  • Handling call transfers and assisting with applications, documents, claims and renewals
  • Closing accounts and ensuring accurate records  
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or process-driven role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
