We are looking for a proactive and analytical PMO Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll support the Project Management Office by providing data-driven insights, tracking project performance, and helping to embed best-practice reporting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and ensure our project portfolio aligns with Authority goals.

About the role

As the PMO analyst, you'll be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project and portfolio performance, ensuring decision makers have accurate and timely insights. You'll work closely with project teams to maintain data accuracy, support governance processes and help drive improvements in project management practices.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the project/portfolio data being analysed to provide objective insights
  • Detail orientated and committed to accuracy of information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Public sector or regulatory experience is a plus
