Our client is an innovative, leading national NZIA Architecture Studio. They have built a reputable name for themselves through consistent delivery, commercial acumen, critical and creative problem-solving, and innovative digital solutions.
Projects are typically based across the nation and are a mix of Multi-unit and mixed-use Commercial developments, Healthcare and Education as well as high-end bespoke residential projects. The project pipeline is healthy and the Directors are very engaged in providing their team with a stimulating mix of work.
Our ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Genuine team player who enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Revit proficient and experience on commercial projects.
- Willingness to work across all project stages from initial design concept through to site inspection.
- 3-5 years of New Zealand based relevant experience.
- MArch level tertiary education.
- You understand NZ building codes , local regulations, expert knowledge of building products, construction detailing and methodologies.
