Do you have 6 – 18 months experience in Agency Recruitment and do you fancy diving into the world of digital, marketing, and creative recruitment?
We’re looking for a Talent Manager or Para Consultant who is ready to take their next step in their career and soak up all things creative and digital recruitment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Connecting with candidates: Building relationships with the talent driving the digital and creative industries.
- Generating leads: Developing those oh-so-important connections and turning them into opportunities.
- Interviewing: Learning the art of understanding candidate strengths and ambitions.
- Client side exposure: Gaining firsthand experience of what it takes to collaborate with clients successfully, but this will come later.
- Learning the industry: Becoming a pro at all things digital, creative, and marketing recruitment.
- Experience in a Recruitment Agency
- Someone passionate about people and connections.
- A keen learner with a knack for asking questions (the more curious, the better).
- Strong communication skills – you’ll be talking, emailing, and LinkedIn-ing A LOT.
- A sprinkle of resilience and a dash of grit – recruitment is a rollercoaster, after all!
