Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing to join their innovative team.
This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of business solutions.
Experience developing campaigns for, and working with, channel partners would be highly advantageous.
This role reports in to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation, focusing on business solutions such as IT services and automation.
- Manage vendor-funded co-marketing campaigns and maintain strong relationships with technology partners.
- Lead market research initiatives to refine marketing strategies based on customer needs and industry trends.
- Coach and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong experience in demand generation, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and campaign analytics.
- Experience in the technology or business consultancy sector is essential.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and growing a team.
