Our client is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join a well-known business in central Auckland. This role offers the opportunity to step up, take ownership, and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning marketing activities with business objectives. You’ll play a key role in driving demand generation, cross-sell opportunities, and brand awareness across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
You’ll be working closely with Sales and wider business teams, ensuring a unified marketing approach that fuels business growth.

Experience working with channel partners or a Managed Service Provider would be highly advantageous.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing a high-impact B2B marketing strategy.
- Leading demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
- Collaborating with Sales leaders to drive alignment between marketing and revenue growth.
- Managing vendor-funded co-marketing campaigns and building strong partnerships with technology providers.
- Driving market research and insights to refine marketing approaches and respond to industry trends.
- Coaching and mentoring a small team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech, scale-up, or consultancy environment.
- Proven success in building and executing strategic marketing plans that drive commercial results.
- Expertise in demand generation, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and campaign analytics.
- Strong background in stakeholder management—you’ll be influencing and working with multiple teams.
- Experience working with channel partners is a plus.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop a small team.
