Our client is looking for an experienced Operations and Sales to lead the region.
Hours: Full time and permanent position
Summary:
Our client is looking for a candidate who can bring experience to their company. As a role reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll be leading the day to day running of the Bay of Plenty. The client is nationwide with branches and franchisees. As the they continue to make their mark throughout the industry, they pride themselves on keeping the team culture and have recognised their ongoing success comes from the people within the company. The ideal candidate will look to fit in seamlessly with their current goals and values.
About the role:
The role is multi angled within the cleaning and services industry and requires an experienced candidate, who is familiar in operations with a strong sales drive and background. Following leads, creating growth as well as managing key clients are needed for the sales aspect of the role. The operations aspect includes monitor and maintain profitably, ensure that the regions contractors' performance is kept to a high standard as well as control all supplies and required machinery is there to complete service contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of the Bay of Plenty region
- Monitor and maintain client accounts
- Develop and organise training for franchises and staff
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Follow and create leads for new contracts and franchisees
- Direct communication with clients and staff.
- Coordinate and assist with workflows
Skills and experience:
- Strong Operations and Sales background
- Service/ Cleaning industry knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to self manage
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
