About the role

Work with an experienced New Business Manager primarily working on the non-price attributes of high-value bids for large, complex commercial projects. Adding your creative flair and skill with words and documentation you will complement the technical content of bids, selling the overall case that your company should win the work. You'll help the bid documents flow, read logically, persuasively and look super-professional.

Engagement with different branches is a key part of this role, and your role requires accuracy and attention to detail.

Bids will often be built up over a month or more depending on the detail and complexity and you'll be good at keeping things to timelines.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Strong project management skills: Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience reviewing pre-qualification or RFT documents to identify requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and liaising with clients and teams.
  • You will come from a design background and enjoy the creative process of creating documents/ working on projects.
  • You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to identify lucrative opportunities and devise winning strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suit ... exposure to estimation software a benefit.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
