Job Description

They are now looking for a Building Services Coordinator to join the team as support on one of their projects and ensure all building service installations are completed are completed as per documented and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review tender documents and provide advice to the pre-construction team
  • Manage the delivery of service design elements, ensuring they align with the design brief and project requirements.
  • Support the delivery team by managing RFIs, leading service meetings, conducting site inspections
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and consultants
  • Review shop drawings to identify constructability challenges
  • Develop and oversee commissioning plans
  • Manage BIM requirements
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
Your background
  • Previous experience as a Building Services Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Previous experience in installation of building services across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire
  • Experience in medium to large scale commercial construction
  • Proficient with technical documentation and document control
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Hydraulic, or Mechanical Engineering

This is a contract role for 6 months with view to go permanent,
$65 - $75 p/h
