About the contract:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month contract, with a focus on medical devices standardisation and interim master data solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the healthcare sector, supporting crucial projects that ensure seamless integration of medical devices and data processes.

Key Projects:
--Medical Devices Standardisation – 50%
- Support the identification of networkable items approved for roll-out over the next 90 days.
- Coordinate the installation of high-priority medical equipment in hospitals, including identifying network ports at a room level.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for high-volume products.
- Assist in developing a “how to engage” page on the intranet to help staff navigate cyber, architecture, and procurement processes.

--Interim Master Data Solution – 40%
- Document manual processes for updating systems until a permanent solution is in place.
- Map future-state process flows for employee data capture.
- Identify and document required updates to Active Directory (AD) and Payroll systems.
- Develop test scripts, conduct system testing, and ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and production testing.
- Complete the handover to BAU (Business as Usual).

--LMS App Enabler Tasks – 10%
- Create training materials.
- Develop a risk and considerations register.
- Document software update cycles.
- Explore “Auto sign off” functionality.
- Assist in the creation of technical design documents.

Ideal candidates background:
- Strong experience in business analysis within healthcare or related industries.
- Ability to map processes and create detailed documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and data management.

This contract is offering up to $100/hr depending on experience. Applicants must be located in Auckland with the right to work. Our client cannot sponsor.
