About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on identifying and securing new freight forwarding opportunities while managing a portfolio of multiple accounts. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge to sell services, build lasting relationships, and meet sales targets—all with the support of experienced management and operations teams.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with:
- Experience in a sales or operational role within freight forwarding (BDM, KAM, or similar highly regarded).
- A proven track record in managing multiple accounts, selling industry services, and hitting sales targets.
- Cargowise experience (a bonus but not essential).
- Engaging Communicator – Honest, transparent, and proactive in maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Problem Solver – Calm under pressure, able to handle customer challenges and push back when necessary.
- Self-Motivated – Hungry to succeed, constantly seeking new business opportunities and ways to grow.
