Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role
Reporting to the Business Services Manager this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for regional staff including asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, minute taking, and meeting administration and back-office support.

You will be highly motivated with a proactive outlook towards improving business processes within an organisation. Working as part of a team, you will bring your fun personality along with excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will
- Be experienced in general office administrative functions including data entry
- Be comfortable working with a diverse range of people across the organisation
- Have full competency in the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be an effective and collaborative team member with excellent listening skills
- Not be afraid to go the extra mile and actively participate in group projects and discussions.
