We’re seeking a skilled Business Support Manager to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-level support to leadership teams, ensuring the quality of governance processes and documentation while contributing to organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Peer review and provide quality assurance for governance and decision-making papers
  • Craft high-quality papers and memos for executives and board presentations
  • Organise meetings, agendas, and schedules for leadership teams
  • Manage business reporting for executives and ensure timely, accurate updates
  • Oversee enterprise risk and issue management
  • Coordinate health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives for the department
  • Drive improvements in business policies, processes, and systems
  • Provide ad hoc support across various operational areas as needed

  • Strong writing ability is essential for preparing executive papers and memos.
  • You have extensive experience supporting leadership teams, including organising meetings and agendas.

  • You can confidently manage wellbeing programmes.
  • You adapt quickly and handle ad hoc tasks with ease.
