Key Responsibilities:

• Meat Processing: Expertly handle meat processing tasks including cutting, portioning, and packaging.
• Quality Control: Ensure every product meets high standards for quality and consistency.
• Compliance: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee safe, high-quality products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate butchery equipment effectively, and report any issues promptly.
