About You:
- Proven HR experience, with at least 3 years generalist experience.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in driving people initiatives that align with business needs.
- Ability to work across multiple HR functions and contribute to strategic business goals.
