Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Campus Coordinator to oversee daily campus operations and learner services. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and working closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain an efficient learning environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Campus Administration & Customer Support – Providing front-line support for staff and students, ensuring a well-functioning learning environment.
- Class Scheduling & Coordination – Managing room allocations, timetables, and attendance tracking to ensure seamless classroom operations.
- Exam & Course Management – Assisting in exam administration, course logistics, and maintaining academic records.
- Skill Gaps & Academic Monitoring – Supporting learners by tracking progress, identifying gaps, and coordinating academic support where needed.
- Site & Campus Support – Overseeing facility management, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain an efficient learning space.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- Relevant administrative experience in office or site administration, preferably in an education or training environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools for classroom scheduling, attendance tracking, and report management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address operational issues effectively and implement practical solutions.

- Hourly Rate: $30 - $40 + 8% holiday pay
- Part-Time work (10.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday)
- Temporary role - 03 months
