We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential carpentry, with a focus on high-end finishes.
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential carpentry, specializing in high-end finishes.
• Own transport and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Expertise in custom joinery (e.g., dovetail, mortise and tenon)
• Proficiency with premium materials and finishing techniques (e.g., lacquers, stains, sanding)
• Attention to detail for flawless, high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to interpret complex design plans and collaborate with designers and clients
• Strong knowledge of tools, both hand and power, for precision work
• Experience in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills for challenging tasks
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and project management.
