- Location: Hamilton & Surrounding Area
- Availability: Relief work, sometimes at short notice
- Rate: Competitive pay plus 8% holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and team dynamics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts
