We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, qualified, and reliable Chef de Partie to join an award winning team.
Who are you?
You're a chef with at least 2 years' experience in commercial kitchens who is looking to work within a great team environment. You'll have a genuine passion for food and cooking and you always strive to be the best version of yourself, taking pride in helping your team to do the same. Excellent communication skills are essential, something which will come naturally to you. Ideally you'll have experience in upmarket dining and having qualification or a natural affinity for pastry would be ideal as well.
The opportunity
As a Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the kitchen team. The venue is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as functions, so you'll need to be available across a 7-day roster that will include weekends. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Running your own section including mise en place
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, food safety and personal hygiene
- Monitoring and maintaining the Food Control Plan
- Writing prep and ordering lists for your section
