Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook various dishes on the grill, including steaks, burgers, platters, and more.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grill Chef.
- Expertise in cooking steaks, burgers, and pub-style food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
