Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook various dishes on the grill, including steaks, burgers, platters, and more.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grill Chef.
  • Expertise in cooking steaks, burgers, and pub-style food.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
