Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
Location: Nukunonu Atoll, Tokelau
Primary Purpose: Lead dental health services in Tokelau, contributing to improving health and wellbeing of the people of Tokelau.Monitor and report on the status and progress of dental services.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Ideally have at least 5 years practicing Dentistry in a remote setting.
- Holds a current practicing license.
- Ideally have experience in a senior clinical and administration role.
- Must have knowledge and experience in planning and implementing public health promotion campaigns/programs.
- Demonstrated abilities in policy development, planning and budgeting.
- Skillful in consultative leadership and motivational strategies for staff engagement
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they meet selection requirements for the relevant position. Salary for both positions will be determined in line with the Tokelau Public Service Remuneration Framework 2024.
