Key Requirements
- Civil Engineering Experience – You’ll have a background in with a civil engineering contractor ideally in the heavy civil or water space.
- Strong Technical Knowledge – You’ll need a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and project delivery in the civil sector.
- Motivation to learn – While previous estimating experience is not required, we’re willing to train a passionate engineer to transition into the role of Civil Estimator and grow within the business.
