About the role
Pricing small to medium sized civil construction works (up into the early tens of $mil), you will be experienced in the NZ context at developing construction methodologies from scratch, estimating from first principles and know how to synthesize these outputs into winning bids. You’ll ideally be good at negotiating and getting the contract signed.
About you
• An experienced Civil Estimator with at least three years of NZ experience in Estimating
• You have track-record of winning profitable Civil Construction work
• You are fully capable in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract commercial management
• You have depth in 3 Waters, Trenched service build, Civil Structures, Earthworks, Foundations, Slabs and other Concrete work, Power Generation/Transmission
• You are a team-player with an excellent work ethic.
