Civil / Traffic Labourers

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Labourer to join our team on the ground—someone who’s keen to get stuck in and doesn’t mind a bit of grit under the nails. You'll be working across a range of civil and traffic management jobs, from setting up sites to helping with kerb, footpath, and drainage work.

• Helping out on a range of civil and traffic-related worksites
• Site setup, traffic management, and general labouring
• Learning hands-on skills like setting levels, boxing, base mixing, and concrete finishing
• Supporting with kerb & channel work, drainage, and more
• Working alongside experienced operators and supervisors who’ll help you grow

📣 6AM Start Day shift Monday to Friday (OT available - there will be some long days, so you need to be willing and able to work 10 – 12 hour shifts each day to get the job done. )

Here’s a little more about what we’re looking for:

• Physically fit, and able to work a tough laborious role
• Full NZ Drivers Licence (can operate a manual vehicle too)
• Basic tool or building / construction labouring experience ideal
• Ideally have your WTR endorsement, if not that is ok we can help you sit it.
• Conscientious and quick learner. Your solid work ethic is the most important for this role!

If you have your WTR endorsements, traffic management certs (TMO / STMS), or other machinery operation experience that's great.
