My client is a leading Water Resources, Environmental and Civil Engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Intermediate Engineer to provide project support on a varied range of 3 waters and related infrastructure projects . On offer for the successful applicant is a salary of $90K- $100K plus a range of benefits, along with rapid career development. The position is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.

Te āheitanga: The opportunity
Specialising in water resources, environmental and civil consultancy and with a successful track record on environmental projects across New Zealand they continue to experience strong growth and demand for their specialist services. You will be responsible for the delivery of technical work such as:
· Planning, design and delivery of water supply, SW or WW infrastructure (public and private)
· Flood risk management
· Water quality management
· Land development
· Project, client and stakeholder management to enable on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables
· Promote water sensitive design and application of Te Mana o te Wai into environmental projects.
· Investigation, selection and design of stormwater management systems including
· Work within a multi-disciplinary project team
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako: Skills & experience
· Tertiary qualified in Water Resource Management, Environmental or Civil Engineering
· Project experience of the planning, design and delivery of 3 waters infrastructure in NZ
· 3 – 5 years NZ based consulting experience in water resource management or environmental engineering
· Working knowledge of relevant design and drawing software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS OR similar
