You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and contributing to the growth and development of our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of Class 2-4 vehicles to transport goods and materials to and from job sites
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as required
- Operate both road ranger and auto transmissions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks
- Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
- Support the wider civil team in the execution of construction and infrastructure projects
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Valid Class 2, or 4 NZ driver's license (with clean driving record)
- Experience in driving trucks or similar vehicles within the civil, construction, or infrastructure industry
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
